Used to get the conti 2415 before I started putting long belts on everything. I would slack the tensioner as far as possible and get one rib on 3/4 of the power steering pulley, which was enough to hold the belt tensioner without me holding the bar, then get in the car and bump the starter. That would spin the belt on to the PS pulley.
