Then nope not quite enough, Reassemble is tomorrow. I don't think anyone dropped the pan prior because I bought the car with 60,000 miles on the clock wouldn't even be an issue then. Now she`s got 98,000 and I been dropping oil ever 3000 miles. Most think its over kill, but I don't mind. I`ll let the m1-102 filter go for 6000 miles but oil is every 3.
The reason for using the hoist is because it was there. I`m currently redoing a c900 motor (cleaning, painting, new gaskets) that has 80,000 miles on it that is going to be dropped into an spg the motor doesn't have the gear box on it or anything, its stripped down to bare-bones and the hoist was sitting idle by so being the 9-5 motor has a nice hook there just for me I thought `Man the hoist hook would fit perfect and the rest is history.
