My 2000 Saab 95 SE V-6, has had some kind of coolant leak since I bought it about 5-6 months ago.

Mechanic looked today, (by just using flashlight under hood.) He could not, nor could I, see where it might be leaking from.

It is a leak, as I have a puddle of green every morning. It has not got hot yet, as I have kept a keen eye on gauge.

I will be taking back to him so that he can better assess. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Also, on a side note, do I have to use Synthetic oil ?

Mechanic says using synthetic (if it has non-synthetis,) could cause serious screen clogging issues.
