I would try a junk yard. The same ABS module used in the 9-5 was used in a lot of other vehicles. I think the BBA site lists vehicles with this same controller.
A second source may be BBA themselves. Not every unit they receive can be repaired and they may receive complete modules, pump and controller, from customers. With luck they may have a few screws sitting around.
My guess is you left the screws somewhere other than your parts shelf or tool box. Correct?
