Retorque of headbolts on a late 2001 and up engine does not really do much because the bolts are already torqued to spec.
They all leak oil though more or less from that rear head gasket position but what I have seen is that the little vacuum check valve and hose from valve cover to throttle body plays a pretty big role in holding enough vacuum in engine crank case so that it sucks the oil in instead of pushing it out wherever it is a weak spot.
