Make sure the battery is strong. Use an old fashion load tester, or a modern computerized tester. ALWAYS suspect the battery first.
Next I would check the battery positive lead. These can get corroded internally. You will get a good reading at the battery but the power is not getting to the starter.
the starter in not easy to remove so be sure that the problem does not lie elsewhere.
