Nokian makes excellent snow tires. Entyre would be a quality product, but they are targeting drivers looking for fuel economy and comfort and safety, not performance. They are very popular with the prius crowd.
I wanted to get Nokian V or Z in 225/45R17 for our 9-5, but they were unobtanium. I have run Nokian summer tires before on the c900 and they were outstanding. In the end I went with Michelin PSS. None of these are all season though (all summer only)...
anyway, 225/45R17 is the stock 17" size for the 9-5 and it compares pretty exactly with 205/55R16 in diameter (check the miata tire calculator: google it for the link, it's popular). That is the size I use for winters on 16" rims... but in winter, you want a narrower tire, in summer less so. If you like the entyre, I would look for the 215 size, it should be available (check the nokian website for more info).
oh and wrt load ratings, most of the popular tires people run here are not available in the appropriate load rating for a 9-5 in 225/45R17 but people do it anyway... Michelin PSS and Nokian tires are some of the few that do have an adequate load rating.
