If it is stripped out the dremel route might be your best bet.
Or maybe a small "Easy Out"
If not stripped you may be able to do the same trick I was forced to use to remove a stuck rotor screw that may never had been removed since the car was built. I set my electric impact wrench on the lightest setting and then kept increasing it a little at a time to eventually break it loose.
I once saw a heavy equipment mechanic use a very narrow cold chisel on the perimeter of a broken semi wheel stud, striking it tangentially with his hammer, to back out the broken stud. It was a little slow but not nearly as slow as I thought it would be.
