Yes it does, however not the insulation wrapped around the PCV check valve, just replaced the check valve because I saw some oily crud on the check valve and vacuum hose that comes with it. I checked function and sure enough it was bad. Just replaced this and main seal (2nd time, with vasaline) this weekend, took the car for a 30 mile drive and its leaking still...I can see drips forming on the casting to the left and below the harmonic balancer.
