did the engine bearings today with the engine in the car.
Rod bearings were easy,
crank bearings tough. last one was impossible due to the rear engine plate prohibiting removal.
There is a good write up on this that I followed, you will have to google search"saab bearing change " because this site will not allow me to link to it.
