Looks like both are older numbers.

2002-4 is the last date for software update for the US 99 9-5 so your car might not have that one. It deals mostly with helping an aging throttle body but it does not have the IDM test update which was never available for the 99 year.

2003-4 is the last date for software update issued for the US 2000 9-5 with V6 and that one includes the IDM test.
You can easily check that with the Tech 2 since at one of the menus you have the IDM test and if the car cannot run the test, it will come back saying a new software is available.
