dho, I looked at SAAB WIS for 2007 9-5 and though the connect I.D. changes to H6-2 the described location stays the same. WIS shows the 2007/H6 connector location in an illustrated view as being accessible from above (in the engine compartment). It appears to be just in front of, and perhaps underneath, the Mass Air Flow sensor. H6 would be a 6-pin connector, your are looking for H4 (a 4 pin).
My question to you is: what exactly do you plan to do when you get to this connector? suppose the connection pins and wires appear OK at the connector itself, what then? do you have the test equipment or diagrams to check for signal and continuity? What is your plan of action after locating this connector?
PS: Is the dealer going to refund/credit you for the two sensors that did not fix the problem? Did you request that they be replaced? or was it a suggestion of theirs?
