Converting to Aero / ventilated rear rotors?

On a non-Aero, solid rear rotor car, is it worth converting to Aero front and rear ventilated rotors? Or is it not worthwhile for average car use? What is involved? Swap the caliper bracket up front? What about in the rear? I need rotors anyway.
