It's the type of wrench that is an opened end wrench on one end and a closed end socketed ratchet on the other. See my post near it about the break booster tool. Thie 13mm is the exact tool needed for the third bolt on the compressor.
Yes, if you have an indy do it and you expect to keep the car for a bit....
Some indy's will not let the user supply the part...... It will be interesting what their quote will be. New ones are $250+
3.5 hours I guess is about right including the recharge, etc.
Also are you sure it's not leaking where the pipes go into the compressor? These can be removed easily after taking the fan unit out and replace the O rings?
