There is some truth to that as there was confusion before Saab Parts got things organized, but he can now regain access to TIS2WEB on a one-day-at-a-time basis if he so chooses. The number $30/day sticks in my mind, but whatever it is, I'm sure he will pass it on to you.

Also, if he had the earlier TIS2000 CDs still around he could reprogram anything up to around 2008.

My guess is he just doesn't want to fool with it because you're not going to be happy with him stumbling around getting things organized on your dime.
