You will have to replace the TWICE unit with a used one that has it's own key with it. This key will not fit your physical locks. You will have to order a new key shaft after replacing the the twice. Will have to get the car to a place that has a TECH II and then can mate the TWICE with the car and the new key using the old key. You will have one key that can start and unlock the car and one key that can unlock the car.

You can order two at the same time and then have three keys, 2 for start and and unlock and 1 for unlock only.

Some have replaced the key locks, but would recommend not doing this can ordering keys that are cut for current lock.
