Polyurethane versus OEM front subframe bushings

I've got an 03 with the flimsier rear bushings. I can replace just the two rears or do them all at 120+K. If going OEM, I will use the 06+ rear bushings. I'm not sure whether to go with polyurethane or OEM. And then to use Powerflex or Whiteline? Poly bushings cost more with minimal savings on installation. I don't want more harshness as the Aero is harsh enough on rough New York roads. I also don't want bushings that prematurely fail as the OEM ones did. Maybe that is rectified with the 06+ design.
How off will my alignment be after dropping the subframe?
