After reading through many of the posts on the PCV trying to find an easier way to change the part in such a tight piece, I thought I would post my experience that made it much easier. I was able to get a 15/16" wrench on the piece which compressed the plastic bindings on the inside that keep it in place. It was then really seay to just grab the piece and pull it off. Much easier than trying to get my fingers in such a small space and compress the plastic clips. I couldn't find this posted anywhere and would just like to post it out there to help others who may have problems changing this part.
