I thought that might happen so I dabbed a touch of super glue on the lever end and the housing, easily be able to break the bond if ever wanting to replace the arm. After everything was back together the passenger side gets ice cold but driver side is still lukewarm being I had all the tools handy I just moved over to the driver side to check for a busted blend door. Turns out the blend door isn't busted but the motor for the blend door no longer works & had the door open just enough to push warm air. Removed the motor and hand closed the door and I do have to say what a very comfortable ride. I`m very pleased" :)
I did the a/c check by holding the buttons and the car supposedly went and checked everything and said ok (no errors were found) even though the motor for the driver blend door doesn't work. crazy I`m sure glad you posted this thread it got me off my duff and fix the 9-5 Cheers!!
