This is how I have it set with engine running.
Keep in mind that it depends in how you rotate the engine how the tensioner marks will appear.
I'm very careful when hand cranking the engine over that I come up on the timing marks the same way using the same force on my ratchet and sneaking into the timing marks so I don't overshoot. If I do go over I rotate the engine clockwise a full two turns again and try it anew.
In the beginning when I wasn't sure how to set up the tension marks, I hooked up the air mass meter and started the engine to see how the marks appeared while idling.
Now I know where to pre set them so that it looks good when the engine is idling.
