I'm looking at the electronic parts diagram for the Body Shell - rear floor (parts valid from 2002-2009) and I am guessing it is a spacer member you are referring to (of course I am just guessing).
Does your body shop have a better description of the part that you're looking for. I'm looking at the floor member and all I see is a spacer member where I think the bumper parts attach to.

Left hand side is part# 54 12 101 and Right hand side is 54 12 119.
Of course again all of this is a guess.

Then I went to jim ellis saab parts (#17 on the diagram) and see the part is available on their site. Of course, that doesn't mean anything until you order it.
