I posted earlier that the fuel pump motor I bought #5CA606 did not fit the original cassette I took out of the car. The nipple is brass and smaller than the original plastic. Rod was kind enough to share the Bosch 69424 number that he used to rebuild his 2004 Aero. I checked that out on line and it seems to have the same narrower brass nipple.

I spent a fair amount of time online and talking to vendors and eventually the Walbro tech. It seems they have stopped manufacturing the TTP 467 motor after Saab's bankruptcy and only offer the TU 301 cassette which currently is in short supply.

Couple of questions:

Anyone know of a pump that would sub for the TTP 467? I know it is only a $150 savings, but I could use that...

Secondly, does the 5CA606 fit some of the 2004-2005 cassettes? This motor looks exactly like they ones I installed in my 9000s.
