Replaced my rear trailing arm bushings with poly and also installed Koni FSDs along with some GS lifters to balance out the ride height (it had sagged, naturally). I replaced my front subframe bushings with poly at the same time as well as adding new Moog sway bar links ... the rear bushings are still fine, though I suspect they will need replacing next Spring when I reevaluate the front suspension again. Recent performance mods necessitate me taking another look at the front suspension.
Ride is *noticeably* tighter with a more pronounced handling improvement especially on a twisty roads. Slightly more vibration but that is hard to quantify exactly as the motor is vibrating on idle even when optimally running. I have the GS poly tranny mount for my manual and noticed an ever so slight vibration increase too, but also better shifting.
Techs at ScanWest advised me to be conservative re using all poly bushings ... in other words I'd still like to keep my teeth in my mouth when I go over bumps ; ) though I might try some in the front control arms and see.
