According to the friendly folks at AutoZone, the only code is:
P1131 'Heated oxygen sensor Bank2, sensor 1 (H02S21)inner resistance too large.'
Explanation: Open or short circuit condition
Probably cause: Failed H02S21 (Bank 2, Sensor 1)
If the 'inner resistance is too large' then the only explanation is that there is a open circuit (NOT a short circuit).
(Unless there is some other condition suggested by this diagnosis that I am not aware of???)
Safe to assume replacing the oxygen sensor will fix the problem?
Where is this particular sensor located?
