that is a lot of changed parts YIKES!! I am at a loss.
When I got the 22 code on mine I finally figured out it was the pressure switch in the condenser up front. I had a bad connection with a torn out wire. I think this happened when we R&Red the engine. I would check the connections at this pressure switch. There are 3 wires because this is a high low pressure measuring device.

As you know the ECU and ACC controls the ground on the compressor. I would also take out the compressor relay and test the system by grounding the compressor with a ground jumper in this way you can see if the basic mechanical portion of the AC is OK. If you don't have the gauges have an A/C tech check it out for you.

with all those new parts it should work.
