...get new brake pads that are less dusty. Search the archives here for opinions... iirc akebono ceramics of some sort are better? I have really dusty ones, probably oem, so I hear you on the mess... but my wheels are pretty easy to clean (2002 9-3se 17" 6 spokes). Are you seriously going to replace your wheels every time they get brake dust on them? It will take little more than a week for them to re-grime if your pads are anything like mine!
If your wheels aren't bent dented or gouged, count your blessings and figure out how to clean them. What cleaner are you using? Car soap? Simple green (if that's the same as MEC bike cleaner, that's what I use and it usually gets 80% off easily), brake cleaner? acetone? pressure washer? ultrasonic cleaner? (ok I jest, but you get the idea, these can probably be cleaned somehow)... it will really help to take the wheels off the car! I have painted wheels before, and success of that job starts with getting them really clean. You just have more surfaces that's all. nice looking wheel btw.
