For a while CarQuest was the lowest cost source for authentic SEM manufactured DIC units. They even had the Saab P/N on the underside label. Someone posted recently that CarQuest is ceasing carrying this part but it is still worth a try if you have a local store.
BTW - The latest DIC units will cause a CEL with code when they start to die. No more sudden death if the driver pays attention to the warning signs. Since your DIC made it 2003 it isn't original, but still very very old. I think the latest models are a TK3.7D versus your TK3.6A
