All of a sudden while driving, no heat - both sides...

03 Aero. Ice cold air both sides. About 25 degrees F outside. 120K.
Did coolant bypass valve from Eeuroparts this past summer in parking lot at convention - leaked on way to Albany so I suppose could be faulty all of a sudden?
Tried recal of ACC and get 1 fault code 19 which is a pump that is not on the 2.3's - so no help there. One time I shut ACC off and turned back on and got heat again but that is when I re-calibrated it and it went back to cold air both sides.
Any ideas since BOTH sides are cold? Wouldn't that eliminate the blend door issue since on both sides at one time?
Engine temperature gauge is normal and in the center so I believe it wouldn't be the engine thermostat. Strange that it was heating fine, then all of a sudden changed to cold air. I did have the battery disconnected a couple days ago to reset the Xenon leveling after changing the bulbs/ballasts. But, has heated fine since then and of course have reset the ACC a number of times with no luck.
Appreciate any input from anyone that had same issue. Thanks!
