UPDATE: After you review the following consider this. I had a 2000 9-5 Aero; it had solid rear rotors. My 2004 Arc had ventilated rotors on the rear. My 2007 9-5 Aero has solid rear rotors; they're being replaced as I write this. In spite of what the WIS says, INSPECT and VERIFY!
The WIS for the 9-5 year 2002 indicates that the rear disc rotors are 278mm in diameter and 10mm thick. These are solid (not vented rotors). This size should be an exact replacement for the OEM rear rotors on the car.
If you upgrade to a slotted, cross-drilled or vented rotor make sure that the thickness is the same (10mm), otherwise they won't fit with the OEM caliper assy.
The 308mm diameter rotors are the size used on the front, and they are vented. Again you would have to ensure that you're using the same thickness rotor or else they won't work with the OEM caliper assy.
