When I had a leak like that (cold weather only) on my 2000 Aero, it was one (or more) of the o-rings. There are three of them. But to replace the o-rings, you need to remove the water pump, so it made sense to replace that at the same time. On the bright side, the weather is starting to warm up. But eventually it will continue leaking even in warm weather (that's when I decided to deal with it).
