Just cleaned and waxed the car, went to the dealer to get an alignment done and they found recalls that it needed, and ran the car round back to a service bay to do it. Was sitting in the waiting room and a few hours later here comes my 9-5 sopping wet with their stupid hard spotty water, pulls up front and the service tec gets out of the car complete with muddy boots taking no consideration of another persons vehicle makes sure to drag them all over the floor and up the side of the foot well on exiting the car. (A complementary car wash they called it)

Ill never go to a dealer for anything... Although I did buy my 9-3 from a different dealer and they rolled the red carpet out for me while I was there. perhaps the 01 9-5 in the dealers eyes was just junk being at the time it was a 9 year old car but good god man' really & not to mention that dealer sold my info' started getting calls from a person that wanted to purchase my 01 9-5 and didn't understand 'not forsale' worst experience I had the privilege of living.
