Parts replaced one year ago - so what? The parts may still go bad - especially if were done by some mechanic who bought the cheapest ones from the closest supplier. First you need to confirm that the ECU indeed thinks the engine is overheating and it is not related to some electrical problem.
Btw, start every question like this by stating what it your car (year, engine, mileage). In this particular example engine type is very important as V6 has its own cooling issues. Image below is courtesy of Anders.
