You can deal with this in several different ways. Someone with a Tech 2 computer can disable the message or with a good knowledge the Tech 2 disable the entire alarm system. I believe that it has to go into "Euro" mode to allow a full removal of the alarm function. Chances are that the batteries in your alarm siren are going bad. Do you need the alarm? Are the chirps that accompany the locking and unlocking of your car important to you? If so, you need to rebuild the siren. (Several different companies do this.) If not, which is my preferred option, you can remove the siren and disable the message. This will solve the SID annoyance, and prevent future nuisance alarms. You will have to rely on lights only when you lock and unlock the car with the key fob, but other than that you are good to go. One more point: The alarm siren is located behind the driver's side wheel liner. You can remove the alarm siren without removing the driver's side wheel if you turn the wheels hard to the right, and unbolt part of the fender liner. It is a little tricky, but possible to get a wrench in there to do the removal. It was easier for me to do this than to jack the car and remove the wheel.
