Drivers side would usually be coolant bypass valve, but a little further back than front.
Passengers side front would be water pump o rings.
It is possible the coolant is leaking from somewhere and running along a support or the plastic shield under the car and dripping out somewhere other than under the root cause, all depending on parking slope etc.
Those are the 2 usual suspects and if the pump is an issue, I would do the pump, belts, pulleys, and replace the coolant bypass valve with hoses all at the same time. If the tstat is more than 2 years old, I'd replace that also. There are other hoses etc that could leak, but those are the common ones.
