As far as the adjustment goes (I saw your post below) you have to move the plastic cover then you can see the small bolts 25 torx I think that attach it to the rails. The height of the front and rear of the glass can then be adjusted.
As far as your leaks. It is probably clogged drains. If you open the roof all the way in the front corners you can see the front drains. They clog often. If your pour water in that outer channel you can check them. I run an old parking brake cable down the holes to clean them out. My one friend uses a thin plastic tube and it works fine also. Just have to use something thats not to hard you don't want to damage the drain hoses not fun to replace. The rear drains are not easy to access but usually I just clean the rubber flap were they exit under the car. The fronts exit under the the side sill panel so accessing them is not practical.
