I am perhaps responsible for at least 80% of the postings complaining of Zimmerman rotors ;-). In my case, one rotor of the pair was perversely heat sensitive: when hot, it was warped, when cold, it was not. You'd drive the car around the block and it was fine. You'd haul down from highway speed and it would shake your fillings loose! Measured the rotors with a dial indicator and they were fine. I replaced the least flat one with a Chinese white-box rotor from Quest, and it didn't help. I replaced the better one with another from Quest and it has been smooth as glass ever since. So based on my experience, get what is available from Quest ;-).
