look into non oem, maybe progressive? Honestly, if you get new springs, they will sag, quite likely a reasonable amount within a year. Like you, I load the car pretty heavily for long trips and sometimes just hauling stuff. I put wagon springs on the sedan after shredding tires from sag induced wear.
If you are going to heavily load the car, seriously look into something along the lines of cargo springs - maybe progressive springs with spacers to bring the ride height back up (since most aftermarket seem to be lowering springs). Moog made cargo springs for the c900, but I'm not sure who makes them for the 9-5.
I put koni sport shocks on the car. Much better than stock - with that and Michelin PSS tires, the car's handling is much more tight than prior. PSS wears fast though. Lock tite the double nuts on the konis - mine came loose (even though I've never had a locked together nut pair come loose prior) and I had to do the job over a year later (which was fine because the springs had sagged some by then anyway and I added a 10mm spacer).
