DIY. I just did it on my 2004 Aero with cracks in the manifold. Remove enough stuff to give you room like the turbo bypass tube, engine support collar, set aside power steering pump, loosen clamp on turbo up-pipe and lean forward out of the way.
You may need to use the double nut method to get any of the studs out that are difficult. I also used a stud removal tool you can borrow from Autozone and then return. It can damage threads but if you are replacing the studs no biggie. The replacement stud package I bought from eEuro doesn't include the four studs to the turbo so baby those out.
If you are a mechanic and know what you are doing this could probably be done in 3-4 hours. I am not a mechanic and don't know what I am doing so it took two half-days.
