my 2006 model passenger headrest is too high (even at lowest point) so i want to remove the headrest and modify it to drop lower on the seat. It blocks some of my view when changing lanes or backing out of parking lot.
My 9000 headrest could go all the way down touching the seat back.
I know how to remove the headrest from the car, but question is..does the latch catch at the lowest mark on the post or the highest mark/indentation?
I'm not sure how to proceed...hoping i just need to cut off an inch or so off the bottom of the metal post.
