1) the stupid studs break off (already rusting) really easily and there is seemingly no good way to fix them.
2) the fender lip is not easy to reseal properly.
However, most of the rust will not be on the visible part of the dogleg, but under and behind if that makes sense? It's a very 3 dimensional part with 3 surfaces that are rotting, and the outer one that you see the most is usually in the best condition. I had a 1/4" hole right through and you could barely see a bubble at all from the outside! C900's do not rust that fast.
