Oil pump o-ring comes to mind. Its right behind the bottom crank pulley and will sling oil everywhere. I've had it suddenly leak badly and found it cracked and broken on older 9-5s. Also, new headbolts $28 or so, or at least retorque the present ones. Both fixes are pretty simple on the do it yourself scale. At 220,000 on a 2000 model my bet is the oil pump o-ring and when you get it off it will be in a number of pieces (brittle)
