Do you have new motor mounts? My two upper ones were shot at 90k on my 04 Aero. The torque rod doesn't even last that long. If these are original they surely contribute to the shakin'.
Not knowing the history of the car, if you recently changed to the short belt arrangement for the serpentine belt or have that setup, going back to the long belt calmed the shakes down a bit too.
If the subframe bushings are original and in really bad shape they are not helping matters either.
On a good day, these 2.3 L motors shake a bit anyway.
