The rotor screw usually has a different recess needing a different sized Torx or Allen bit. If you bought a set you will be fine.
The rear spring coils are in the way of easy acess to the rear caliper screws for the full removal depth. You will need either to grasp the large Torx bit in you Channel-locks after a few turns of the screws,or maybe a long wobble type socket extension.
