Could be the CV joint, - inner or outer - you can to the work whenever is convenient for you. It'll hold but the sooner the better.
Yes, please fill up the power steering fluid up to the mark. Better yet, take all the fluid out of that reservoir with a turkey baster and fill up with new fluid. Do that every other day, after driving the SAAB, for three days. RECYCLE FLUID AT ANY AUTO PARTS STORE.
Could also be the rotor heat shield that is bent out of shape. You could just bend it into shape.
Take off the wheel on the side that is making the noise and inspect.
