With that many miles on it you should probably put new crank and rod bearings in and piston rings.
Dont forget the front a rear main seals.
And this would be an easy time to put a fresh turbo on.
Maybe an expert will chime in.
I rebuilt my engine about 4 years ago because of a cracked piston.
I replaced all the timing & balance components and installed new rod & crank bearings.
The machine work and balancing of the rotating assembly was cheap.
Just bring the crank, rods, and pistons to an engine machine shop.
I used a ball hone on the cylinders because of the new piston rings.
