Very late posting this, sorry.
Here is the update, i got a refund from Cheap ABS for the cost of the rebuild as the lights were still on.
I bought a used unit off of eBay (Tom's Foreign) and put that in.
Lights went out, and it has been fine since then. I have noticed that putting my foot on the brake when starting the car can trigger the lights.
They will go out again if i shut the car off and restart without foot on pedal.
I guess the lights would reappear as the module was not repaired correctly.
AFAIK the 514 series are still not rebuildable, so be warned.
