I would defininitely suspect subframe bushings. How many miles are on your car? If it's got typical mileage for an '03 and you're still on original subframe bushings I'd say that's your go-to.
My '04 Aero (auto) developed a terrible CREEEAK with every change in engine torque/direction. I don't remember if we replaced just the rears or all the bushings but they made a huuuuge difference.
My mechanic had the car on his lift and was able to stick a crow-bar between various body/subframe locations and show me how much movement the shot bushings were allowing. That was around 110k IIRC.
