06 Saab 9-5: CEL when accelerating hard

Long time lurker, this is my 6th Saab but first of the "newer" generation of 9-5s.
I just picked this 06 9-5 Sport up last week, and its giving me issues. The check engine light came on the other day and threw a P1181. I've cleaned the MAF, throttle plate, changed the oil, and changed the spark plugs. So far that hasn't come back, but I'm still having CEL issues.
The biggest of which occurs during acceleration - usually when in Sport mode and accelerating quickly. 2nd gear will sometimes shift hard at around 4000-5500 RPM and the CEL light will flash 25 times. Once the CEL comes on, the car won't accelerate well either, here's a video:

Also, I've noticed in manual mode, that the car hesitates in 3rd gear around 3200 RPM, it will drop down about 200 RPM even though the throttle position is constant. This is very slight, but happens every single time. I've taken a video of this as well:

Any ideas? The dealer has offered a 30 day / 1000 mile warranty, so I am taking it back, but I'm afraid that they won't be able to figure out what the issue is. I'm assuming at this point it is the DIC.
Thanks,
Derek
