Condenser pinhole issue

My indy used a not curved condenser late last summer. I've got to get it up on the lift for a better look to be sure, but the current theory is that it has a pinhole leak from that cooling pipe that comes across the bottom front. Is that power steering? The driver's side end of that isn't secure (is just resting on the plastic splash shield) and as it's moved around it's worn the new condenser. Is there a mount I'm missing?
Do I need a new receiver drier because of the pinhole?
My indy thinks this can perhaps be welded/soldered. In place, it could be worth a try. If the condenser must be R&Red, then I'm not sure there's enough savings versus a new Nissens one, especially if I need a receiver drier anyway.
So much for keeping indies happy by overpaying for parts. So far, it's not clear that this is a warranty issue. My indy is ok, but a Saab one could be better for Saabs. None are too convenient.
Another 9-5 had a pinhole in a line that rubbed against the frame. Perhaps Saab could have secured things better as wear through is avoidable with better deisgn.
