Ride height was down over an inch at all 4 corners. Where you live in CT the roads are worse than where I am (GA). I replaced all four springs and shock/struts I used FSD's and I added a 10mm spacer to the rear springs and set them at upper perch level. This restored the rear ride height and allowed proper alignment of car for the first time in quite awhile. I have a set of 15mm GS spacers I could add later if things begin to sack out again.
I expected thee back springs to be really bad and they were, but was a bit surprised how bad my front struts were. I could push the shaft down with my index finger and there was not enough gas pressure to return the shaft to it's extended position. Front bump stops were in pieces. New front springs helped a bit in the ride height department, for now anyway.
The car is much more enjoyable with the FSD's. Also put the Moog swaybar end links in, that helped too. Car feels better than new and is fun to drive again. Makes me want to find a curvy mountain road again.
